Decree
on the appointment of Sergei Anatolyevich Katansky, Grand Doctor of Philosophy in the field of martial arts, as Prior of Russia of the Order of the Knights of Science. By the power of the Eternal Sky and by God’s grace, We, a direct male-line descendant of Genghis Khan from the House of Jochi and Khan of Siberia Kuchum, have decreed.
By OUR decree, Sergei Anatolyevich Katansky, Grand Doctor of Philosophy in the field of martial arts, is hereby confirmed in the office of Prior of Russia of the International Order of Knights of Science.
Holding the office of Prince of the Order during his lifetime, he has the right, on behalf of the Sovereign, to approve candidates for the degree of Doctor of Science from the Inter-University Higher Academic Council (Inter-university Academic Council Paris) of Russia for the conferral of knighthood titles, to issue them with certificates and passports of the Knights of the Order, and to authenticate these with his signature and seal.
He may vacate his post at the Sovereign’s discretion,
due to physical death, ill health, or unwillingness to perform his duties.
What is present shall not be taken away, but may only be added
Head of the House of Genghis Khan, Tsarevichs and Princes of Siberia, Supreme Ruler of the Dynastic Order of the Siberian Kingdom. Sovereign and source of Honour (fons honorum) of the Order of Knights of Science.
