By the power of the Eternal Heaven and God’s mercy
We, a direct descendant of Genghis Khan on the male line
from the House of Jochi and Khan of Siberia Kuchum,
HAVE DECIDED:
Jayasekera Santi Pushpa Kumara

(academician, Grand Doctor of Philosophy, professor)
is appointed as Grand Master
of the International Order of Knights of Science.
Holding the position of Prince of the Order for life,
He (the Grand Master) has the right, on behalf of the Sovereign,
to approve doctors of science
of the Inter University Higher Academic Council
(Paris)
to award knightly titles, issue them with certificates,
passports of Knights of the Order, and certify them
with his signature and seal.
The Grand Master may leave his post
at the will of the Sovereign, due to health reasons,
or due to the inability to perform his duties.
Head of the House of Genghis Khan, Tsarevich and Prince of Siberia, Supreme Ruler of the Dynastic Order of the Siberian Kingdom. Sovereign and source of honour (fons honorum) of the Order of Knights of Science.
